Store Pickup
You may choose to collect your goods from selected Odel outlets. Items can be picked up on a preferred date by paying online. You will receive an e-mail when the goods are ready to be collected from your outlet of choice. This service is free of charge.
Deliver to my Address
Items will be delivered to the address specified by you. There will be a delivery charge based on your location and weight of the package.
International shipping
We deliver internationally. We use professional couriers to ensure that your package is delivered on time and in good condition. This chart will give an indication on the lead time one could expect once an order is placed to be delivered out site Sri Lanka.

The transit times shown above may differ due to any of the reasons mentioned below;
- Flight cancellations and technical delays
- Customs clearance processes
- Adverse weather conditions
- Incorrect consignee addresses
The above transit times are applicable for major cities only; addresses in forwarding areas will need additional days.
We offer international delivery on majority of our online items; however exclusions include, items containing liquid, and items of a perishable nature. There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export.
In addition to the above exclusions we are currently unable to send food items to Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, UK, and USA due to local Customs restrictions and charges.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays or costs involved in customs clearance.

Expedited Mail Service
Expedited Mail Service (EMS) is a service offered by the Department of Post, Sri Lanka. If you wish to ship your goods in a leisurely manner, EMS offers flexibility and affordability.
It is available to most countries and new destinations are added often. Please note that the rates vary according to the weight of your shipment.
